• What happens when I purchase a game? What do I do next?
It depends on the game. Some of our games use serial numbers to unlock the demo. If that's the case for the game you purchased, then the game should unlock itself automatically if you clicked "Buy Now" in the demo. If you bought a game like this from our Web store, then look for the serial number you should receive by email, click the Already Paid" button on the title screen of the game, and type in the number.
Others of our games have separate registered and demo versions, so you don't need to worry about serial numbers; when you purchase you'll get a link to download the full registered version.
We realize this is more complicated than it should be, and we're working to simplify our order process. If it's ever unclear how to unlock a game, just send us an email at support (at) redmarblegames.com and we'll help out right away.
• What if I don't have a credit card, or don't want to use it?
You can mail us a check (drawn on a US bank, please) along with the name of the games you want to buy and an email address where we can send instructions for download of the full game.
• Is it safe to use my credit card to order your games?
You bet. We use eSellerate and Plimus, two of the best-known e-commerce providers, for all purchasing. We never see your credit card number and couldn't even if we wanted to. Click to read about eSellerate's security policy, and Plimus's.
• I bought the game but it won't accept my serial number!
Please send an email to support(at)redmarblegames.com to let us know, and be sure to mention the email address you used when you purchased the game. We'll get right back to you with a solution.
